I am leaving this open-entry, which means ANYONE can enter. I expect big entries from these shows I have combined some classes in order for bigger entries. There must be 8 horses in a class for there to be payout, so this is for everyone’s benefit. Feel free to just copy/paste from your show entries, but remember THIS BILL IS NEW. Please remember that this is for halter horses and hunter type horses (ie pleasure horses are not to show generally in the stock horse classes). PLEASE read the rules
Lead On Invitational
WHERE: AT&T Center and Freeman Coliseum Grounds -San Antonio, TX
DATE: July 14-15
PAYOUTS (go to classes with 8 or more)
1st: $350.00
2nd: $325.00
3rd: $200.00
4th: $175.00
5th: $160.00
6th: $145.00
DO NOT ENTER CLASSES LABLED FINALS. The top horses from each cut will be selected to compete in these classes.
There will be 3 judges on grounds and the scores will be averaged to determine the winner. If no winner is clear, straws will be draw to choose a judge’s score. At that point, the highest placing under that judge will win. Judging is not totally randomized. Horses will get more numbers in the randomizer the better they have done in the series.
Rules:
1. No pets allowed.
2. Horses must be stalled on grounds, no out of trailer showing, please.
3. No smoking.
4. Please enter only halter type horses or hunter type horses. Please see the article in the library for more informantion.
5. Hunter type horses are not to enter into the regualar stock type aged classes (two year old mares, aged stallions, etc.). The same goes for stock horses. Both types may enter their breed/color classes and etc.
6. Showmanship is only for horses 2 and over. I know I have said this before, but I think some people have forgotten. Foals and yearlings will NOT do showmanship in RL.
7. Standard rules for exhibitor types apply (youth, amateur, open)
8. Stallions may NOT be handled by youths.
9. Follow the following entry guidelines:

10. Aged horses are 4 and up.
11. ONLY SOLID COLORED horses may enter the color classes that are not pattern based (no tobianos/overos/blankets/leopards allowed).

Stalls - $20/day
