Not to overwhelm you all with A-rated h/j stuff, but entries for this one are due quite a while before the actual event since I will be gone for two weeks (the weeked of this show included) and I thought that I ought to at least make an attempt to get SOME of the results out to you before I left.
If I've made any blatant errors, please do point them out to me! =)
Please Note: Equifest only offers Level 1, Level 3, and Level 5 jumpers (no level 2, level 4, etc.). Therefore, they are the only divisions that have been offered! You may enter other divisions as appropriate or wait for the schooling show or the Monmouth County Horse Show. Also, please note that the Fáilte Ireland Dublin Horse Show international showjumping event occurs at the same time as this event. You’ll have to pick which your Grand Prix horses will travel to. =)
Entries Due: 1 August 2007 at promptly 11:59pm Central Daylight Savings Time
Rules & Regs:
-Keep entries reasonable. The judges have the right to pull entries at their discretion.
-Standard division regulations apply. If you are confused, please check out the rules for the schooling shows, the info on the BHJA page, OR contact me.
-Horses may cross-enter between certain divisions within the same discipline. For example, a horse may enter Regular Working Hunters and Regular Conformation Hunter. However, a horse may NOT enter Regular Working Hunters and Junior Hunters.
-Horses may cross enter between the two disciplines (i.e., a horse can enter Junior Hunters and Level 4 Jumpers).
-Horses must enter by division; the only exception is single classes where no division is present.
-Both hunters and jumpers may enter more than one division only if the jump heights are equal in the two divisions (i.e., a horse may enter Level 4 Jumpers as well as the Five Year Old Jumper division).
-Divisions may be cancelled or combined at the owner’s discretion.
-Hunter riders may ride one horse per division only. Jumper riders are permitted up to four rides per division.
-Entries that are not accompanied by a cheque in my bank account are invalid. I will look before I do results to make sure I have entry fees from everyone who entered!
-Entries must be in the proper format with a cheque in my bank account and must be in by 24 July. Entries that are not in the proper format, are not accompanied by a cheque, are in after 11:59pm CDST on 7 August, or are not posted in reply to this thread will be disregarded. There will be no notification to the entrant.
-Please note the comments next to all divisions that are not offered in the schooling shows. They clarify stuff. Isn’t it wonderful?!
Enter in this format:
Division Number. Division Name
Horse’s Name - Rider - Owner - Stable Initials
Horse’s Name - Rider - Owner - Stable Initials
(etc.)
Please delete any divisions that you are not entering. Also, please delete the classes within each division.
