2007 USGPL Finals, Culpeper, Virginia
When: 26-30 September 2007
Entries Due: 25 September 2007 at promptly 11:59pm Central Time
Rules:
-Keep entries reasonable. The judges have the right to pull entries at their discretion.
-Standard division regulations apply. If you are confused, please check out the rules for the schooling shows, the info on the BHJA page, OR contact me.
-Horses may cross-enter between certain divisions within the same discipline. For example, a horse may enter Regular Working Hunters and Regular Conformation Hunter. However, a horse may NOT enter Regular Working Hunters and Junior Hunters.
-Horses may cross enter between the two disciplines (i.e., a horse can enter Junior Hunters and Level 4 Jumpers).
-Horses must enter by division; the only exception is single classes where no division is present.
-Both hunters and jumpers may enter more than one division only if the jump heights are equal in the two divisions (i.e., a horse may enter Level 4 Jumpers as well as the Five Year Old Jumper division).
-Divisions may be cancelled or combined at the owner’s discretion.
-Hunter riders may ride one horse per division only. Jumper riders are permitted up to four rides per division.
-Entries that are not accompanied by a cheque in my bank account are invalid. I will look before I do results to make sure I have entry fees from everyone who entered!
-Entries must be in the proper format with a cheque in my bank account and must be in by 25 September. Entries that are not in the proper format, are not accompanied by a cheque, are in after 11:59pm CT, are in after 25 September, or are not posted in reply to this thread will be disregarded. There will be no notification to the entrant.
-Please note the comments next to all divisions that are not offered in the schooling shows. They clarify stuff. Isn’t it wonderful?!
--All specific division requirements and rules SHOULD be listed next to each division except for the following:
In order to enter the USGPL Invitational Grand Prix, horses must have placed first, second, or third in at least two other Open Jumper or Grand Prix classes at two separate shows. I only need to see proof of two top-three placings at two separate shows. Entry to the HITS Wildcard GP is unrestricted.

Fees:
All divisions are $20 per horse (that’s $20/horse/division). I feel like making things uncomplicated. =) There is also a one-time mandatory $20 office fee.
**May I just say that I love the HITS website? It has concise, one page schedules that don’t force unnecessary searching and scrolling through hotel adverts and such like every other show everywhere. It has all the information one could possibly want. Yay, HITS website. Gold star for you for the day.**
