All loans will now be handled through the Automated Bank! From now on, if you would like a loan, for whatever reason, apply for one using the appropriate form -- the money will be added to your account automatically. Spend the money as normal, but make sure you budget for your minimum payments. You must pay at least 10% of your total loan(s) each month to avoid penalty. And yes, you can take out multiple loans! Again, just make sure you can afford the monthly payments. Penalties will not be fun, I'm warning you now To those who have already taken out loans for purchasing property and facilities -- I have already added your loan information and adjusted your bank balance as appropriate, so don't worry about doing anything. IMPORTANT: There are A LOT of you who have not yet purchased facilities! You must do so NOW. Your barn will be deleted if you do not, and you will not be permitted to reopen. --All barns AND minibarns must have land and appropriate facilities. There are also a few people who have not yet sent me their banking information. Note that you cannot perform any transactions until you do so.... basically, you can't do anything within the game without a bank account. So I suggest you do this now, before I delete your game account and ban you from the forum.

No worries I just want to make sure no one forgets! One thing I forgot -- when making your monthly loan payments -- MAKE SURE YOU USE ONLY THE FORM ON THE 'My Loans' PAGE. Sending a cheque normally will not deduct money from your loan total and you WILL NOT be granted refunds if you screw up.

I am getting to it I have not yet firgured out what I want to do. I'm thinking I'm going to have to take out a small loan which is what I wanted to avoid.
I have a question though too. I thought that mini-barns where actually a boarding or the hosting barns facilities that we rent. I didn't think we had to purchase our own property maybe facilities but I didn't think property.

It's up to the barn owner who is hosting you Anyone hosted at my barn is required to purchase land and facilities... other barns may have different policies. So yep, just figure out what your host wishes you to do... they may not have enough land to cover your property as well, or something. Note that any facilities or land you purchase as a mini barn can be carried over when you open a full stable -- so don't worry about 'losing' that money
