Starting as of tonight -- Please do not post any new show results on the forum unless you have also sent me the spreadsheet with results inthe correct format You'll have to do them anyway, so make your life easier and do it properly the first time.

Yep, I know. There is no template currently because no one was following it anyway. The correct format is (for anyone who needs it)... (| indicates the division between cells in the spreadsheet) Show date (YYYY/MM/DD) | Show name Class | # of Entries | Placing (only to 10th) | Horse Name (No apostrophes and MAKE SURE all horse names are spelled correctly) | Earnings (plain text, no $) | Notes (score, points, whatever) I only need the date/name once. The other info repeat for every horse in every class. If there is more than one judge, enter each judge's placings as a separate class. ie Hunter Under Saddle Judge 1, Hunter Under Saddle Judge 2, etc. Also, please make sure it is saved as a .xls file, not a .xlsx or Works file.

Hey Maya, Excel 07 is a total a** and every single time I put the date in YYYY/MM/DD it automatically changes it to MM/DD/YYYY. I've tried everything to make it NOT do that, but every time I click away it changes to that =/

Highlight the column by clicking the letter at the top, then right click and select "Format cells" (or select it from the top menu). Select "date" and then you should be able to manually change the format
