Did anything ever happen with this? Well, actually it's more just that I'm going through all my stock and I'm realizing there's a couple I wouldn't mind gelding  So really, even if there isn't any incentive, I guess I'm just wondering how to go about getting them gelded ;D |

You can do it via the portal. I think there were some glitches with the incentive. I'll wait for maya to respond, but you can do a gelding procedure via the vet/shoe this horse link in the portal.

I haven't quite finished the gelding thing in the portal yet  It will let you select the procedure and stuff, but it wont actually change the horse's gender to gelding when you do it. I'll post when it's ready As for the incentive... my suggestion was, at the end of the year, everyone would send a list of who they gelded, and then they would get paid for it... Shelly has said she'd be interested in taking it over, though, and she would most likely pay on the spot... So I don't exactly know what's going on yet. |

Alright, sounds good. The incentive part I wasn't so concerned about, I just remembered it was being talked about alot last time I was around Maya if you wouldn't mind posting when the gelding portion of the portal is ready, that would be fantastic. Thanks y'all ;D |

Whatever is up for you, Maya  I would think having a board where people can come in, geld the horses, get paid, and then I could send you a note about which horses have been gelded so you can change the gender? I'll have to talk to you again *if* we get the computer fixed... |

lol it would have to be done in a way where I didnt have to manually go in and change anything in the database -- that is extraordinarily time consuming to do.

Is there any way to add a button on the stallions' pages on the portal to 'Geld' the horse, and then it automatically changes the gender? I have no idea if that'd be possible or not haha, as I have no clue how you do all that ridiculously awesome stuff on the portal Maya haha ;D

Yes, that is eventually how it will be set up I'm just trying to decide whether it will automatically pay you when you do that, or whether you'll have to somehow 'claim' your reward |
