Buying from an inactive member?

Not sure if this should only be directed at Maya... but I figure Gwen/Rainbow and whomever else could add their two cents =P

I'd like to buy a certain horse, but the owner hasn't logged in since August. How would I go about under these circumstances? I considered transferring them over to the rescue and then adopting them, but I felt like it would be cheating I can't reclaim the horse, as I never owned it, so... help please!

Can you PM me the name of the person who owns the horse, and the name of the horse? If its someone I've flagged as 'inactive', you can transfer all their horses to the BHRC and adopt whichever you'd like lol.
