Just a brief introduction: I'm Anna, I'm 18 years old, a senior in high school, and I live in Maryland. I live on a small farm and my family has 2 dogs, 2 cats, 1 horse, 1 mule, and 1 donkey. The horse is mine--he's an 11 year old Quarter Horse gelding. I do Dressage with him now, but I've done hunter in the past. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to sell him this summer because I'll be moving out of state for school.
SIM game-wise, I've been playing for about 8 years, and this is only my 3rd game. The other two have now closed, but I just can't seem to shake my addiction to SIM games, so I keep joining new ones. I'm hoping BITS will be active and fun!
I do have one question: I'd like to make up the horse I own in RL, but if I ever decide to quit, I don't want him to be floating around in cyberspace. Can you delete horses in BITS, or would I be better off just not creating him?

I believe it's the very last one at the bottom of the board.  And yes, you can export a horse that you've created if you choose to leave  |

Hey nice to meet you! I'm Jen and I own Diamond Elite Farms. BITS is pretty active compared to most SIM games. We are also a friendly community who all seem to get along really well. If you create a horse you own then when you leave you can export them with you. So your horse won't be left here unless you want that.
What types of horses are you thinking of focusing on in BITS? I breed and show mostly stockbreed with a few select racehorses. Look forward to meeting your horses!

Thanks for the warm (and very quick!) welcome! I usually don't specialize in a breed; I love to have a good mix, in every English discipline. If racing is active here, I'll probably do that.

Hey, Anna! Welcome to the game. =) I am another of the admins here and own Wildwind Equestrian Centre in the game (specialising in Thoroughbreds, Warmbloods, and Dales Ponies for your dressage, hunter, and showjumping needs). In real life, I ride dressage with a bit of hunters on the side (yeah fellow dressage/hunter riders!). It's great to meet you and I can't wait to see your horses. =)

Yes, welcome, Anna! I am the last and final admin here! In RL I have 2 paints- an all-around mare and a yearling colt. I show all-around, but have gone to school, so i don't get to show during the school year or ride very much anymore  I am at IU, so 200 miles away from my hometown. There are many Maryland people here, so I interested to see whether you have looked into it? LOL. I really like it here, which is good b/c I *had* to go to a state school for my dad to pay for it. In the game, I show paints, Qh's, and a few well-bred TB's and racers. Make yourself at home and I hope you enjoy it! I think you prolly will because everyone is great and dressage and hunter people are pretty numerous |

Welcome to BITS! I'm Dana, owner of Horizon Equestrian Center. In BITS, I specialize in eventing and I've also got a growing team of steepelechasers. (Once again late) Anways, I'm Nicole, and welcome to BITS!!!! I really hope you love it as much as we do, cuz this is the best game I've ever played. Very Very realistic. I own Maple Ridge Stables, and as of right now, we don't have a particular focus. I have six racehorses, and a couple of American wambloods, plus a TB & TB Cross... and our little Dales pony! Sorry, somehow I totally missed the boat the past few days -- my computer was plotting against me  Anywho, I'm Christie -- here in BITS I own Simple Charms E.C., as well as a few other establishments. My passion and focus is eventing, though I've recently been talked into some steeplechasers (Dana ), which turns out is a blast. Welcome to BITS, hope you enjoy it as much as the rest of us do! ;D |
