New & Horse Crazy

Hey gals,

I'm Zala, and I'm new to BITS. I'm a 25yr old mother of 1 and 1 on the way, happily married, and still crazy about horses!! I'm hoping to get myself another horse in RL. The first horse I ever bought by myself I had to sell before my daughter was born. And now I've got another child on the way. So I may have to wait until next year for a horse.

Anyways, I've been in sim games, and all-sim since somewhere between 1997-1998 if I remember correctly, so yeah, I've been around awhile. Joined and quit various games and am still sticking it out in All-Sim, even though it's getting weird lately for some reason.

I see there is alot of activity with Stock Horses and I know alot about them and have been around those breeds (QH's, Paints, and Appys) most all my life!! I'm excited to start playing, I'm definitely going to jump into the Stock Breed end of the pool for now, but may bring in some Arabians to help kick start the Arabians in BITS. And who knows, I may get a Thoroughbred or two later on.

This looks like an awesome game, glad to see lots of activity!!

Hey Zala, welcome to BITS! I'm Christie, one of the eventing fanatics of BITS, and owner of Simple Charms Equestrian Center, and the Colored Horse and Irish Horse Associations here in BITS. In RL, I'm lucky enough to have an adorable 3 yr old Thoroughbred gelding (Mystery) who I'm just starting to work with and hopefully eventually we'll be able to start eventing.

Stock horses are definately a staple here in BITS, and it seems like they're growing even more lately -- if you get any Paints or Appys, make sure to register them with the BITS Colored Horse Association An Arabian association was just started as well, so that should help the breed get a foothold around here.

Anywho, glad to have you here in BITS, it's always great having new members Welcome again, and feel free to ask away if you have any questions -- we tend to be a friendly bunch

Hey Zala, welcome to the game! I'm Rainbow, one of the admins here. =) I own Wildwind Equestrian Centre. In real-life, I half-lease an Appendix QH gelding named Murray and we do dressage. Hopefully you enjoy it here - we're an active group and have a great time, if I may say so myself. Feel free to ask any questions you have. Can't wait to see your horses! =)

Hey Zala! Welcome to BITS! I'm Nicole, one of the older members here, and in BITS, own Lorey Lane Farms, which has TB racers, plus some arabs and a few eventers, and an oddball or two

*waves hand* I'm the one that started the BITS Arabian Horse Association (BAHA), and I'm reaaally excited for another member to help get the association active. If you manage to create a horse or two within 2 days, theres an Arabian show down on the board

In RL I own a fat Quarter Pony named Peanut that can be very ornery, but I love her to bits ;D I'm also riding an Arabian for my grandpas cousin who's won a ton of stuff showing. I'm not too great yet (my "instructors never taught me some of the most basic stuff, and now I'm paying for it ), but slowly, I'm getting there He's also letting me help break/train his green 5y.o Paint/Arabian. So enough rambling from me

Thanks girls for the warm welcome. I don't think I've gotten quite a warmer welcome in most of the other games I've joined in the past years, wow!!

Anyways, I'm going full force on the stock breeds as I've been around them for as long as I can remember!! I can't wait to get boarded and get some horses and get into all the action!!

Im Shelly, I own Champion's Bid Ranch. When I joined, my main focus, too was stock horses *thanks maya, we all know the story* but my true love is Racing, so Maya got me hooked on it and now I own a nice herd of them. I also have Morgans and Morabs, which was going to be another main focus of mine, and then I got some eventers so now Im all over the place.

Hey Zala! I am so happy to have a fellow stock breed lover in the game! I too have spent all of my RL horse time around stock breed horses. I am Jen and I own Diamond Elite Farms. In RL I am also married but no kids right now. I have 2 apps. One 3 y/o gelding just getting into the show ring and one retired 12 y/o mare. I just finished college and I start working next week so I plan on using my new found finances to pay my loans and go to some horse shows!

My farm focuses on stcokbreed horses as well as racehorses. Can't wait to see you on the two major stockbreed circuits (BSBA & BSBR)!

Hi Zala

My name is Cheryl and I just join the club a day ago I got my acceptence this morning . I RL I am 31 years old and I do not own a horse but I have ridden I rode in Washington State for six years but then the barn closed . I now currently live in Big Island , Hi and enjoy swimming I am a competitive swimmer have been since I was 13 years of age my best stroke that i love to this day is Butterfly . I know everyone hates but I am rather good at it .

Anway here I hope to be more along the lines of eventers I am a Warmblood nut . So yes I want to own hanoverians , Dutch Warmbloods and maybe a few Beligan's and Swedish I have not decide what I am doing yet .
