When can I use my horses?

I sent my horses to be approved and they still haven't been approved. How long does it usually take? did i do something wrong maybe? I really want to play but I dont have any of my horses okayed yet.....PLEASE HELP ME OUT!

I'm sorry it's taking me longer than usual to get horses up on the MHR page and such, but I'm trying to move into my new apartment, get everything ready for school, move my horses up here, and drive my boyfriend to his classes every day because he had to sell his car to afford college, all the while trying to function without medication and therapy to manage my depression and bipolar disorder because I simply can't afford it...
So please, guys, be patient!

I will try and have the MHR updated by tonight, but keep in mind I still don't even have a proper internet connection, and I'm not getting a phone line installed until Saturday. And even then, I don't have dial up this year, because the only apartment I could afford is in the middle of nowhere, and we don't even get cable. So yeah.

For future reference, if your horses haven't been posted and you haven't heard from me within one week of submitting the form, THEN you can go ahead and email me about it. It's a bit unrealistic to expect me to be able to do everything within a day or two of you asking!

This wasn't meant to sound bitchy, I'm just a bit stressed out from the many PMs and emails I've been getting asking me why things haven't been done when I've already tried to make everyone aware of the reasons.
