Alright well here's my first question of many lol. Is there a cost to creating a horse?
Also with our money budgets, do we have to send them into somebody? Like once a month you send your finacial records to someone to check if everythings right? Thanks.

Nope, you get 5 free create credits when you join. =) If you want to import a horse you've bought outside of BITS into the game, it costs $10 000. Plus, if you're an active member and get involved with opening associations/businesses, posting on the forum, etc, you'll gain member incentive points which can be 'exchanged' for create credits later on.
You don't have to send your financial records in to anyone generally, as we trust that everyone is mature and responsible enough to keep track properly and honestly, but if we have any suspicions, you can be audited at any time. That hasn't happened yet, though. lol.
