Downsizing Pictures?

Can someone help resize a couple of pictures of mine? I'd like them just a bit smaller so that they dont get the left-right scrollbar going.

Like here:

Oh my gosh, I am so sorry that I did not get these up sooner before I left! The internet was deathly slow that night and I didn't have time to get them up! Here they are, let me know if you want them changed smaller, bigger, whatever=} I hope they work for you!
